ISS Pride 2022 Webinar - Safe to Be Me

Throughout June we celebrated Pride, the main event of which was the ‘Safe To Be Me’ panel discussion, held on 21st June 2022. The conversation brought together colleagues from the LGBTQ+ community, allies, executive sponsors and senior leaders who talked about ensuring LGBTQ+ colleagues feel safe at work and the importance of allies in this. The group shared moving, vulnerable, personal stories of both difficult situations and where there has been positive progress.
