ISS International Culinary Competition 2017 - celebrating the world champions

On 22 March, ISS Group in Denmark hosted the first ISS International Culinary Competition. Eight top ISS chef teams competed live for the world championship – preparing, cooking and presenting live for an audience and panel of judges. The teams from Belgium, Denmark, Israel, Norway, Slovenia, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States received a box of mystery ingredients, an hour to prepare a menu, and then 45 minutes to cook a complete meal, with a main course and dessert.
