International Culinary Competition 2018

A snapshot from the 2018 ICC at the ISS Group head office on 21 March: Eight teams from around the world competed, with Denmark placing 1st, Norway 2nd and Singapore 3rd. The annual event showcases catering talent and creates an opportunity for global knowledge-sharing and network-building. This year focused on plant-based ingredients – no fish or meat – challenging chefs to create dishes that were not only delicious and attractive but also sustainable.
