2018 International Culinary Competition

On 21 March, the 2018 International Culinary Competition took place at the ISS Group head office in Copenhagen. Eight teams from around the world competed, with Denmark placing 1st, Norway 2nd and Singapore 3rd. The annual event showcases catering talent and creates an opportunity for global knowledge-sharing and network-building. This year focused on plant-based ingredients – no fish or meat – challenging chefs to create dishes that were not only delicious and attractive but also sustainable.
